If there is already an endowment connected to a Lutheran church, school, ministry, or organization you care about, you can plan contributions directly to that fund. Charitable Remainder Unitrust
A Charitable Remainder Unitrust, or CRUT, allows you to make a significant charitable gift while providing income to your beneficiaries for up to 20 years. At the end of the trust period, the remaining assets can be distributed to the Lutheran charity of your choice or placed into a designated fund through LLF for ongoing support.
