Organization Name: Central Illinois District Endowment Fund, Inc.
Fund Overview:
Central Illinois District has set up two types of endowment funds using different investment portfolios. The funds are set up to invest donations and accumulate earnings so the earnings can be used to provide scholarships to Central Illinois District college and seminary students who are pursuing education in church work programs – future pastors, deaconesses, missionaries, teachers, and other church worker fields. If earnings from the investments are not adequate to fully fund the needed scholarships, some or all of the principal might be used as a last resort.
